Mandalay Bay hotel-casino near the intersection of the Vegas Strip and Hacienda Avenue. To get to the aquarium once at the hotel: Begin walking from the Self-Park garage and walk straight down the pathway toward Rhythm and Riffs. Next, take a right at Lupo and walk straight down the path. Take a right at Fleur and walk straight down the path. Continue down the pathway passing StripSteak and Border Grill toward the food court. After the Wedding Mandalay Bay, make a slight left towards Shark Reef Aquarium.
