When we first arrived at 09:50 and Mark ignored me when I said “Hello” and kept his attention on his phone… and then eventually looked up and said “You’re way too early”… and then gave me a smart answer when I asked if there was a list with names, to make sure we were with him (some excursions have had more than one vehicle on site) ➡️ we wondered what the day would be like. We left to get something to eat. Upon my return however, I got a warm welcome back, and he correctly guessed my name on the list (there were three other couples there now). He was warm and friendly, fun, and informative on the drive. We learnt that he is deaf in one ear and has limited hearing in the other. I thought - ahh, context to earlier. We felt reassured by his expertise and manner, passion and guidance. And we had a great experience - my first. And he said we did great as a group. His colleague was also helpful. I now look forward to my next ATV tour in another environment.

Activity was amazing. Our driver Alex gave us some landscape history on the way to the ATV site. He and Dusty were excellent tour guides. They made our group feel comfortable and safe and even let us go a little bit fast through some trails. It was a great way to celebrate my 40th birthday! Highly recommend!!

The activity, tour guide, and experience was amazing! I never rode an ATV before so this experience was great for a beginner as the bikes are modified to just the throttle and brake with no knowledge needed of how to change gears,etc. The only thing I wish I had one was more lap around. The riding time was brief. It was two long laps. I could have used one more.
