Overall it’s a good tour. The video system on the bus didn’t work but the driver made it up by telling us a lot of fun facts and stories humorously. And I would say his driving is very steady and I felt safe. If you are thinking to do skywalk, note that your own camera or phone will not be allowed there and they will try to sell you pictures, each picture cost around 17 dollars (if you buy all 12 pictures then the price is like 65 dollars). Well but if you do want to do the skywalk, don’t spend a lot of time in eagle point because the second stop has a much better view and you would want to have more time there to take pictures! The bad part about this tour is the transportation arrangement after you get back, because you will be separated into different buses and sometimes it simply cost way much time to get back to your own hotel and you will be very hungry.

Pickup at the hotel was 45 minutes later then planned, we have to call dispatching twice otherwise we where not on the trip! Our Guide and busdriver Thomas was exellent! Due to a couple that was 1 hour and 15 minutes late on the return to the bus we arrived back at the hotel at 9pm instead of 7pm, they shoud make more repressive regulations about this issues, so that 54 people don't have to wait for some irresponsible individuals, some people had tickets for shows! They should arrange a system that who is more than one hour late on return is returned with other means at cost!

Drop off arrangements was poorly organized. We had to change our bus based on which hotel you were in, it took over two hours after the trip to get home. The driver even stopped at hotels where there were no passengers getting off. A beautiful trip was almost spoiled by poor organization on the part of grayline. Another suggestion is to add at least another hour to the tour; the skywalk alone was a 2 hour wait which left very little time for the other stops. The shuttle buses were thin after the last stop with caused kaos. Overall this was a good trip

Great sight to see las vagas look so much bigger in a helicopter I would definitely recommend at night time. Just make sure you know where you are getting pick up from them tried to blame that we where late but really if the knew where the Venetian the would of said the under ground loading bays. Not the ground transportation which you would think is where all the vehicles are near the taxis, vans, limousine etc

Great fun filled day! Tour guide amazing, people were great. My 71 year old mom and I were able to shop Indian jewelry, see Hoover Dam from ascending Tillman memorial Bridge, Joshua tree forest; fly in and out of Grand Canyon by helicopter, boat the Colorado River in bottom of canyon, and walk the sky walk. Adventures were broken up well to allow my mom to do it all in one day. A trip we won’t forget.
