It was good with the exception of the long wait for the skywalk. We added the helicopter experience and was told we could go directly to the front of the line. We later found out to do that you must get a wristband which we did not have and we stood in line for almost an hour

Ok i was kind of on the fence about this tour because this is one gives you a ride to the Grand Canyon but the tour the guide gives you at the Grand Canyon is and extra $20 per person. It is so totally worth the extra $20 because this lady hustles to get you to the Grand Canyon earlier then the other buses so you won’t have to wait in line. Trust me there was a line after we got there. Good thing we were first in line. She also takes your picture and the best spots. Just wish they did tour for everyone on the bus without paying extra. But hey that’s how they make there money. Nice bus. Funny tour guide. Kind of rushed but hey can’t complain we were first ones there and got to enjoy everything without waiting in line.

Everything was great with this trip except there were not enough seats on the upper level for all of the customers. Several things pointed out by the guide could only be seen from the upper level. Pick up location is determined by your hotel location and we were assigned to the 2nd pick up. When the bus arrived there were only 7 seats on the upper level while 30+ people from the first stop were sitting up top. Should be more evenly distributed since we do not determine our pick up location.
