This guided tour is totally up to my expectation. I read some negative reviews from before, and I think the agency also read them and improved a lot. For example, they separate the English group and Spanish group at the first stop so you don't have to listen to the other language that you don't know. P.s. Our tour guide girl Andria (Hope the spelling is correct) is so sweet.

I have received txt via WhatsApp fee days before where meet up location was agreed. Coach has arrived promptly on time. Our guide was polite and welcoming. She explained the day schedule and off we went. This days was packed with adventures and I have learned everything there was about the island. We visited caves first, then garden, cueva de Los verdes, we went to the remote village where there was a full buffet with bottle of wine at an extra charge, I would recommend! Food was delicious. Camel ride was fun, drivw around volcanoes. We came back knackered! It was such a full on day!

We would recommend this tour. Tour was very well organised from start to finish. Organiser messaged very detailed pick up point information 24h before, also it is easy to get in touch with them. On the day we had amazingly skilled guide and driver. We started tour with being the first group who entered the caves and we skipped many long queues on the other attractions. We experienced everything what’s advertised. Timing was excellent and everyone followed the allocated times in places. Overall we were impressed with the tour and unbelievable views we seen. Thank you for organising the tour and your team are fantastic!
