Getting to see the dolphins is not guaranteed. You have to be lucky. They are seen only if they are in the nearby area, within about 5 miles from the coast. The crew are quite good at spotting them because of their experience. In our case we had to assume there were some creatures in the water due to the blue spray seen above the surface. It was difficult to see clearly any actual fish. The opportunity to swim in the sea on the way back was good though. After all, how often can one jump off a boat!

Unfortunately we didnt see any Dolphins but the guide was very entertaining and we still had a good time overall. One thing i would improve is that there either needs to be more time for swimming or none at all. On our tour we only had 20 minutes to get into the water and that really isnt worth getting wet for. Music on the boat was also obnoxious and unnecessary in my opinion.

The dolphin mini cruise was amazing, got to see at least 10 dolphins jumping in and out of the water practically following our boat. Would defo recommend this to anyone in lanzarote, was the highlight of our holiday. Went to a lovely restaurant el ancla across the road from the marina afterwords. Such a lovely day x
