You will be hosted by the 4th-generation of winemakers who have been passionately nourishing their tradition over the years, expanding their vineyards to 12 hectares. Arrive at the meeting point in the vineyard and begin your authentic Italian experience. During the wine tasting tour, visit the vineyards and the wine cellar (weather permitting). Following the tour, taste 6 different wines, beginning with the Piedmont DOC Chardonnay, moving on to various types of Barbera d'Asti and Nebbiolo, and concluding with the Moscato d'Asti DOCG. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or simply enjoy wine, you will have the opportunity to learn everything you need to know about the wine-making process from the experienced Bussi family.

Discover the secrets and the traditional techniques in a true hunting of the precious white or black truffle with a professional "Trifolao" and his inseparable dog. Understand how, where & why truffles grow up in our area, learn the differences between black & white truffle, how dog is trained and enjoy the intense scent. Truffles found during the hunting are not included in the price but you can be purchased from the hunter. White truffle season: from 21st of September to 31st of January - black truffle: different types at different times of the year. During the autumn season, warm and comfortable clothing is recommended, rain coats and rubber boots are available. You will meet your guide in Alba or a closer village (the meeting point can be change), then be driven through thesurrounding hills to reach the "Trifolao" in one of its secret spots in the middle of nature. The transfer is not included, you will need your own car to follow the guide (10/15 minutes driving). Transport by hired car with a driver is provided on request. The tour usually is shared with other guests; traveling alone & reserving for one an extra charge of € 70 is required (not in case someone joins that tour).

Join an experienced truffle hunter and his trained dogs to get an introduction to the magic and mystery of the world of truffles. Learn the difference between black and white truffles as you search for them in the wood. Get back to nature on a walk through the hills and enjoy these magnificent settings of the Langhe and Roero where the great Italian Piedmontese wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco are produced, we find the prized white truffle, and the world's best hazelnut: the Piedmont Hazelnut PGI. Please note that you will need your own vehicle for the tour. You will meet the trifulao in front of the small church of St. Michele 12050 Arguello, Province of Cuneo, where parking for the car is available. The trifulao has the keys to the little church so you can visit if you want. Hi will give you a small bag with informational materials (including the QR code with the route) and a hazelnut sweet, to be eaten during a second stop along the way to the wine tasting. You will begin the walk which will take place in the forest and orchards, during the experience you will be guided by the English speaking truffle hunter and his trained dog you will search for the prized truffle, you will also make a stop at the trifulao's stone farmhouse for a cheese tasting with black truffle scratched on top. Truffles found during the hunting are not included in the price. At the end of the hunt take your car and head towards Monforte d'alba for the wine tasting, on the way You can stop at the Chiesa di San Lorenzo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/mTpDWc6RCMxyisiH8) you can taste your hazelnut sweet, while admiring the view of the Langhe, which has been included by the UNESCO Committee on the World Heritage List as a landscape of high aesthetic value, thrilling in all its shades in every season of the year, especially in autumn, when foliage lends a magical aspect to the Langhe landscapes: every hill and every slope has its own color, and an expert eye can recognize the type of wine being grown, distinguishing the yellow leaves of Nebbiolo (later to become Barolo and Barbaresco) from the bright red ones of Dolcetto and the purplish, almost brown ones of Barbera. Once in Monforte search the Monvino Enoteca and Enjoy the wine tasting, a perfect closure of this unforgettable experience.

The views were spectacular and the quality and quantity of wines and liqueurs was excellent. The snacks were good too and very filling. Carlo is so knowledgeable and friendly and gives personal attention. highly recommend.
