Full description

We will enter in the laboratory of the "CONERIA ITALIANA", the only 60s ice cream shop in Calabria, located in the historic center of Lamezia Terme. Every morning, you will learn how to make excellent artisanal ice cream and cones, all accompanied by a fantastic vintage atmosphere. From the music to the furnishings, in "Coneria", everything recalls "La Dolce Vita" and the most beautiful years of Italy. At the end of the experience you will eat everything we have made together (cones, ice cream and brioche).

Includes

  • The price includes a fantastic lesson (approximately 2 hours, from 10am to 12am) to learn how to make artisanal ICE CREAM and CONES.
  • You will be provided with aprons from the ice cream shop and you will be able to taste everything that will be made during the lesson.
  • We will give you all the recipes so that you can make the same ice cream at home.

Fantastic experience! Loved every minute we spent with the very knowledgeable Valentino! We made so many flavours including the cone and got to sample all. Finally we filled our own cones. The experience was made better with the nostalgic 60’s Italian music and the retro ice cream shop. Grazie mille Valentino!

We felt very comfortable and we had so much fun! All the ingredients have such a good quality and everything was just delicious. We didnt want to leave. Valentino was so sympathic and we could feel his passion for what he is doing. We will definetly come back to eat more of the icecream.
