Overall rating
A really fun activity on a small boat. There were 6 of us and we were therefore all allowed to sit in the front. There were 4 more people in the back. In the front you only have 2 places with a backrest, which was fine for us! We sailed over the high waves towards the caves, we also went into the caves! Nice music and a great look around. During the break we got prosecco and some nuts and you could swim. Unfortunately some people got seasick and we didn't find swimming in the sea that attractive anymore haha! It was a really fun trip
We are 2 older guys and decided this private 2 hour trip along the coast from Monopoli to Polignano would be a great way to see the coastline...and it was. Given we did it in January, we were very lucky with the weather and the sea was calm. Our guide, Maria, was cheerful and informative and the boat was comfortable. The prosecco and snacks on the boat at Polignano was a nice touch. A very relaxing way to see the coast and see the 2 towns from the sea. I would certainly recommend this activity.
We were staying in Monopoli and decided to do this tuk tuk tour of Polignano Mare. We are 2 older guys and I walk with a stick. Francesco met us at the railway station which was perfect for me and we saw all the major things to see...Polignano is not a big place. I really enjoyed our 1 hour or so look around the town with the various stopping points. Altogether, a very enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend it.
It was quite pricey but we had good fun - the captain was making jokes and let our daughter to steer the boat (supervised, of course!). If the weather would be better it would be one of the best adventures I had in my travels
The boat trip was amazing! We learned interesting facts about the caves and the city. Our tour guide was funny, very kind, and helpful. We also saw dolphins, which was a spectacular and amazing experience!
