  • New Orleans: 2-Hour Sinister Criminal Intentions Murder Tour

    8. New Orleans: 2-Hour Sinister Criminal Intentions Murder Tour

Maybe ghost stories don’t quite pique your interest, but you will have that curiosity about the dark side of humanity. Some of the most terrifying things are what people do to each other, and perhaps you will want to glimpse into this corrupt corner of existence. You'll be brought on a tour of the sordid details behind New Orleans’ dark bloody murders. You’ll visit locations in the French Quarter where the echoes of gruesome crimes of murder still cry out. The city, while soulful and charming, has always had a seedy side from its beginnings. From being settled by the dregs of France—people offered to be released from poorhouses and prisons if they boarded ship for Louisiana—to the delinquency and depravity of today, where the unspeakable still happens. And you’ll see where it all happened, and understand the history behind it.

Good stories.. Recommend for people who like crime. Tour guide was very rude to others on the streets, fussed constantly about cellphone use, and talking amongst people in tour. We all paid our fair share, and we’re adults, we can talk if we chose. We weren’t being excessive or loud (none of us had been drinking or anything!) just tried to whisper and converse about the history . There were only 4 people in the tour, we just chatted occasionally about the stories, and each time we got scolded as if we had been sent to the principal’s office. Tour guide knew his stories. And I appreciate him taking his job seriously, but geez he took it way too far to the extreme.
