The guide was really nice with lots of little touches (bottles of water, chocolate, chips, etc.). He stopped so we could take photos of Mount Cook. The day is busy but we have time without rushing. I highly recommend, it's a must do!! Thank you for this day :)

The guide, Joseph was really fun and caring. We were fortunate enough to see the mountains and lake with snow! Although sadly the tracks at Hooker Valley were covered with snow and closed, it was surely a once in a lifetime experience!

Fabulous customer service flexible with flight times to give us a better experience, close encounter with the snowy peaks and knowledgeable pilot, awesome experience

Joseph was so accommodating. He offers alternative when we weren’t able to do the walks in Mt. Cook.

it was so nice! the tour guide bro Will was very good also. Highly recommended day trip.
