It was a great way to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our guide was very informative and interesting. Sadly, when we went to the Fairmont for a drink, the queue was so long, I only got half way to being served before it was time to return to the minibus. It was one of the exceptionally cold days when we didn’t want to walk for too long! I confess I got lost on my way back to the minibus and would have appreciated some kind of information on which path to take back! The hot chocolate and maple cookie back on the minibus was VERY much appreciated!

We loved this tour so much! Our guide, Phoebe, was amazing. She is personable and bubbly. She shared loads of information about Banff, Lake Louise, and different wildlife experiences. We learnt a lot on this trip! Phoebe also showed us great spots for both photos and experiences. The trip was smooth, transport was comfortable, and we enjoyed the treats at the end of the trip. We highly recommend this tour.

Wow wow wow! That's right, 3 WOWs. Erin is a phenomenal guide, so knowledgeable about the history of Banff and the Banff wildlife. Not to mention, hilarious!!! The Winter tour @ Lake Louise is a must! Such beautiful sites and a feeling of connection between nature and human. Make sure you attempt the snowshoeing hike, it'll take your breath away & you'll work up a good sweat! The only negative, 4 hours is over in a blink of an eye, when you're having so much fun! Highly recommended!
