With such an informative guide, we felt like we really got to understand Beatrice Potter’s life purpose beyond that of simply being the wonderful author snd illustrator that she was! What an amazing legacy she left the world and without our guide’s carefully crafted tour we may have left this magical space without this deeper understanding. Other details of life in the Lakes District really added to the narration on the day. Many thanks - a most worthwhile tour indeed. We may never come this way again as Australians, so we are delighted we choose this tour.

It was really great. Nice place and great coverage. Guide Shery narrated really well about the history of lake district. She managed the trip well.

The tour guide was very good she made it fun and the Beatrix potter house was lovely and so were the sceneries as-well would very much recommend.

A relaxing day trip to the Lake District. Lots of scenic views. I enjoyed the cruise and steam train ride. ☺️
