Wonderful experience! The drive up to Como was relaxing and comfortable in the air conditioned bus. The views were amazing. We were given ample time and freedom to explore Bellagio before leaving for Lugano. While we didn't have as much free time in Lugano, it was still enough to do some light shopping or to grab a snack. Our guide, Sara, was helpful in providing details for anyone that wanted to stay in Lugano and catch a train back to Milan. She also provided transportation tips for finding the best way back into Milan from Garabaldi Station. This was our best experience while visiting Milan. I recommend sitting on the right side of the bus for the best views.
Rikardo is the best guide ever, funny, kind, very responsible. Go with Rikardo . The trip was wonderful, breathtaking views, worth evey cent :)
