Full description

See the bears of Lake Clark National Park up close on this all-inclusive tour with a bear guide. Enjoy transportation from Seward, including a flight in a small aircraft to reach the Park. From there, you'll set off on a walk with your guide to find and observe the bears in their natural habitat.

The tour starts with pickup from your accommodation in Seward. Take a scenic drive to a flight office in Kenai, lasting roughly 2.5 hours with photo stops along the way. At Kenai, you'll be flown in a bush plane to the park, with in-flight views of snow-capped volcanoes and impressive glaciers.

Once you land, set off on your guided hike to find the Alaska bears. Wander across the beach and grassy meadows, and find the best hidden areas to spot the bears. You'll observe them in a safe and unobtrusive way. Hear facts and stories about the bears, and learn more about the local area.

Then, take a break to savor a picnic lunch of a turkey wrap, granola bar, and fruit, while admiring the awe-inspiring natural beauty of your surroundings. Afterward, you'll fly back over the Cook Inlet to reach Kenai, before your guide drives you back to Seward.
