Exploring Embera with Jose as a guide was great :) The whole trip is very well organized. Jose is a friendly person who is very easy to talk to. He tells you a lot about the tradition of Embera from the beginning of the trip, as well as giving many interesting facts about Panama. Walking through the jungle to the waterfall with its sounds around is wonderful. Bathing by the waterfall is refreshing with a natural waterfall massage. To feel the atmosphere of Embera you simply have to be there and listen to their history, traditions, way of life. Fish and patacones they prepare by their house fireplace is delicious. The plate of exotic fruits even better. Just remember that it is necessary to cross the river so your shoes will be wet. Definetely recommend! :)

It was great, José picked us up from our hotel and was able to tell us a lot about the embaras and we were able to learn a lot about the culture of Panama beforehand. He was very helpful and thought of everything (water, snacks, he even brought beer for us 🫶) The embaras tribe is very friendly and helpful and it was very exciting to be able to immerse ourselves in their life. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn more about the tribes of Panama. First we went to a beautiful waterfall, then we went to the embaras village where we were greeted with drums! I don't want to give too much away but do it. It's definitely worth the money! 👌🏼😉
