It was an amazing trip. Picked up at around 5:15 AM and from there reached a spot to have breakfast at around 8:30. There you could also grab something for lunch later on. On the way we stopped for about 5 minutes to take pictures near Llanganuco lake and then stopped at the base of the Laguna 69 trek. Our guide Carlos was very nice. We started the trek at 9:30 and the views were absolutely stunning plus to our luck the sun was out. It took almost 3 hours to reach Laguna 69. We spent around an hour at the lake and then hiked our way down which took another 2 hours. Then reached Huaraz at around 6:30 PM. Since it's a long trek so don't expect much from the guide. He will answer your questions but you are on your own to explore. But our guide hiked along with us just to follow us until the trip finished.

One participant was late returning to the bus and had to wait on the bus for about 40 minutes. This may have been a personal issue, but I wish they would keep to the time given the return bus schedule.

It was nice. Guide’s name is Noel, I am not sure. He was so kind and checked everyone whether is it okay. But you make sure that you have to prepare totally for trekking. Hard course to Laguna 69

Very beautiful route, nature is really overwhelming. We had a lot of rain (unfortunately), but you could find and admire countless waterfalls.
