Full description

Board the comfortable and spacious double-deck power catamaran from Ma'alaea Harbor and cruise the Maui coastline to see the humpback whales, who return to Hawaii for a few months each year to mate and give birth. Get up close to these amazing animals to view their spectacular whale behaviors in their native environment Keep your eyes peeled for massive splashes across the horizon from whales slapping the surface with their fins and tails. See them spy-hop, when humpback whales come high out of the water to have a look around at the world above. See the majesty of a breaching whale, if you are lucky. This is when a whale rises completely out of the water and crashes down again. Don’t forget to bring your camera and take memorable photos from the shade of a spacious cabin.

This tour was brilliant! We went on this tour at the end of the whale season so weren’t expecting too much activity but we were incredibly lucky, even managing to see two whales breach! There were beers and strong cocktails available for a very cheap price, and all of the staff were very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Tolles einmaliges Erlebnis mit einer wirklich netten Crew. Wir haben sehr viele Wale gesehen obwohl die Saison fast vorbei ist. Ähnlich wie bei der Schnorcheltour dieses Anbieters, musste man sich entgegen der Beschreibung auf Getyourguide direkt am Schiff anmelden und nicht in dem Shop.

It was a great experience and a lot of fun. The crew were very nice and helpful. We saw a mommy whale and her calf, which we really enjoyed. Our daughter loved it. Our only not a so good experience was the parking. One we were told in the email to park by the ocean center which we had to ask couple of times were to go and it was a bit of a walk. Two not being familiar with the parking system here we end up scabbing the wrong QR code and not being able to pay for the parking. We end up getting a parking ticket which put a damper on our great time. Overall we had a good time.
