Bacalar: Yoga Class & Breakfast at the Lagoon of Seven Colors
We will start the day by paddle boarding or kayaking to a floating platform in the middle of the turquoise waters of Bacalar Lagoon where, through meditation and breathing techniques, we will begin our yoga session. The morning peace, the paradisiacal backdrop, and the fluidity of the water will inspire you to move with lightness and freedom, allowing you to disconnect for a while from the noise of your mind and connect through your body with the present moment. At the end of our practice, we will share some fruit, water, and hot drinks to say goodbye before paddling back to the dock. Come float with us!
