This was a fabulous tour to learn about some of the history of the Algarve region, explore some unique areas, like the thermal spa in Caldas, appreciate the amazing views on top of the mountain, and end the day enjoying some wonderful wine at a local winery. Antonio is an exceptional guide for this tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, willing to answer all questions, and is super friendly. We even stopped at a site along the way to observe the hundred nesting white storks. It was a truly enjoyable day and I would highly recommend this tour to appreciate more about the Algarve region.

Excellent tour which is extremely well crafted. In seven hours you get interesting historic capital of local Moorish empire, a park made and fit for kings, the highest point in Algarve with breathtaking views, and three wines. What’s not to like. Plus very intelligent, organized, thoughtful and kind owner of company as tour guide! Can’t miss deal.

The tour was awesome! The castle in Silves was beautiful and our guide António really gave us interesting information. The visit to the thermal springs in Monchique was a nice stop on the way to the top of the mountain. The guide is very well informed about the local flora and fauna. The winery was beautiful and the wine tasted very good after such a day. The transport in Antónios van is very comfortabele. He also tells about the surroundings and has a lot of knowledge about the places you're visiting. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another tour with him two days later. I can only recommend this tour and our guide!
