This is an interesting and enjoyable trip because you get to visit a lot of nice little places and see a lot of the Algarve countryside all in the same day. It was fascinating to be in one of the towns and to be able to see Spain just across the river! The downside of the trip is that you don't get a huge amount of time in each place. Our driver was very professional and safe, and our guide (who I think was called Dominique), was lovely - very knowledgeable and experienced but also fun and friendly. She spoke numerous languages fluently and, on arrival at each new place, she gave a guided tour on foot of the most important sights. So overall a great trip for seeing a lot in one go, perhaps with a view to returning for a more in-depth look another time.

We had booked a great day with a German-speaking tour guide and it was totally worth it! Ana, told very interesting about the visited cities and their history! So you were already well prepared before you could explore the cities on your own! At the visited places there was enough time to visit them, according to individual interests! Great organization! Thanks very much!

Honestly, a trip where the guide has to repeat everything in 3 languages is a bad idea. We didn't notice that when we booked. She hardly had time to tell us anything, in Faro it was like this: here is the church, here is the town hall and here is the papal palace and now we have to go on because I have to explain the same thing to the next language group. Eating break experience wasn't that good either.
