Hugo is a GREAT guide. He loves his island and therefore share his enthousiam with everyone. We got really lucky with the weather ( a bit of fog, but nothing dramatic, it really gave nice pictures anyway) and could get really nice pictures and anecdote about the island. The lunch was really good and traditional. And we were so full that even dessert couldn't fit in us (and we had big eater in our group). We will definitly go back to this island and the others, and will definitly book again with greenvision!
Josep was fantastic! He is a trained and certified guide who knows and clearly explains the history, culture, flora and fauna and geology of the Azores. His pathfinder was very adequate for the 5 person private group. It was comfortable and very capable of going on the secondary mountain roads. This probably the best value tour in the Azores for those who are looking for adventure and scenic beauty in a half-day trip.
Was a bit reluctant using this company since there weren't as many reviews on them as with some of the other tour companies. So glad I decided to go with them. Tour guide was excellent and made many more stops than listed. I highly recommend them. I am the first to admit that I am a very picky person but I was thoroughly happy with the experience. The afternoon half day tour was more than enough time to see 7 cidades
We had a great time with Jose on this drive along the rim of the crater. He stopped wherever and whenever we wanted, as long as it was safe to do so. We had 6 in the vehicle, which was a little tight, but we didn't mind since we all took turns moving from seat to seat after stops. That way we all had a chance to ride shotgun, and no one was stuck in the very back the whole time.
Our very knowledgeable guide, Sergio, helped us enjoy and discover the beautiful scenery of Sete Cidades & Lagoa do Fogo. The 4WD enabled us to travel to places a hire car would not have taken us and this enabled us to see much more of the beautiful country. We would highly recommend booking this trip with Seazores as Sergio and the team are very knowledgeable and professinal.
