Our Whale Shark experience was absolutely amazing! From finding the right wet suits and fins, to teaching us about Whale Sharks and how to safeguard them, to safety procedures on the boat and water, to making sure each swim was a great experience for each person on the boat. He made sure we each got "film" time too which I highly recommend getting! It is breathtaking to be that close to the whale shark and all you want to do is take in the moment!

The time of our departure was changed from morning to early afternoon. My husband told them that he thought the winds would be too strong by then as we had already been staying in La Paz for several days and noticed the water was always much rougher in the afternoon. We were assured it would be OK but when we finally ventured out it was very choppy and the visibility was not great. In hindsight l wish we had told them we were not prepared to got out later in the day and revised our booking to another morning departure. Our guide did his best under the circumstances and was very helpful.
