Highlighted reviews from other travelers
Our guide, Omar, and captain, Cristian, were excellent. They provided clear instructions and were a wealth of information. The tour did a great job of breaking up the trip out and back into segments with fun and interesting stops along the way. Lunch on the beach was great as well. The smaller group for this tour is highly recommended. We saw plenty of other boats with twice as many people.
Awesome full day in/on the water! I’m so glad they recommended short wetsuits for snorkeling. Our guides were so knowledgeable about the local wildlife and area. We saw so many different marine life - dolphins, humpback whale, mobula rays, sea lions, frigatebirds, crabs, herons, and so many fish. Our guides were bilingual and translated their explanations for everyone. Lunch was delicious and included vegetarian options. The old pearl farm ruins and sea lion nursery were highlights! Definitely worth it!

Know before you go
- During winter and spring, windy days can prevent us from visiting Los Islotes sea lion colony. If so, we can reschedule, or offer an alternative plan.
- During summer, when we aren't allowed to swim at Los Islotes, we will visit another (smaller) sea lion colony where we can swim.
- Bees and wasps are present at beaches, so if you have a strong allergy, bring whatever you might need in case of being stung.
- If you get easily seasick, you might want to bring sea sickness medicine as well.
