Full description
The tour starts at 9:00 a.m. at Murillo Square, more precisely in the stone book. Discover amazing and unknown particularities of La Paz City with the best-qualified tour guides. After a traditional paceño snack, visit the downtown, the surroundings of the famous “San Pedro” Prison (making reference to the famous book "Marching Powder"), on the way, pass by the Rodriguez Market (the most antique and big one of the city), where people get their daily living products; and then, take local transportation (minibus) to arrive in a wonderful viewpoint and get some pictures. After that, a trip up the cable car to have a view of the city and appreciate its hugeness, so finally, walk around the mystical Witches' market, where there are llamas' fetuses and the sacred offering to the "Pachamama" (Pachamama is a goddess of the land revered by the indigenous people of the Andes).
