Tour guide (Simon) was great, friendly and spoke in both Spanish and English for the relatively large group (> 12 ppl). The property is nice and the museum architecture is worth seeing. The tasting included 2 olive oils pre-poured and 2 other olive oils on the table (with bread).

Visit the first The first author Olive Oil Mill in the world. Immerse yourself in local products and the olive oil tradition. Discover the creative play between nature and spaces that demonstrate the vision of the French industrial architect and designer Philippe Starck. The visit will last 1h30 and includes the tour of the Museum, the visit of the Mill, a walking tour through the farm and the tasting. Learn how to differentiate between a mild oil and an intense one during our olive oil tasting. Enjoy an oil that received an award for being the best organic oil in the world in 2015.

It was great, the tour guide was very insightful. The grounds are breathtaking. We were lucky to see the museum after only one month of its inauguration. The olive oil tasting was delightful, the tour guide explained very well the process of tasting the different notes of each oil. We got some EVOO to take home. Definitely worth a visit
