Marseille and Calanques ebike tour full day

Marseille and Calanques ebike tour full day

Among the elements that make Marseille unique, perhaps the most remarkable is the proximity of the sea, the mountainous landscapes of the Calanques, and a bustling city. This closeness of varied landscapes and atmospheres offers the opportunity for eclectic outings. This is the central idea of this excursion, which takes us both along the paths of the Calanques and through the iconic neighborhoods of Marseille. The growing development of the cycling network makes this outing particularly enjoyable. The excursion includes scheduled breaks for a picnic, restaurant visits, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, and photography.

Overall a great value! They were accommodating with our request, and we were able to travel to Cassis for kayaking without issue (drove along coast in slow mode to maximize battery life). The helmets supplied were very comfortable, and the phone holder they provide wirelessly charges your smartphone while navigating! They were great about explaining how to use the moped. If going on a longer distance, or driving in boost mode around town, plan to stop to charge somewhere. If your height is less than 65 inches, the scooter may be difficult to drive, but it was comfortable for me, and likely anyone above that height will be fine. I would definitely rent again for local day travels in Marseille!

We decided to go for the e-bikes and that was a good thing because we could stop and take photos at every point on the route. The tour along the coast to Calanque Park was beautiful and we stopped there often. We would have loved to ride the bikes into the park, but as there were only gravel paths there, that wasn't possible. Next time we'll go hiking there. The bikes are great except for the comfort of the saddles, which could do with more padding. Otherwise, we can recommend everything 100%.

The rental was very nice and uncomplicated. After paying the deposit, we were given instructions on how to use the scooter, as well as helmets and gloves. Within a short time, we were able to see the great bays of Marseille and enjoy the landscape, which was really beautiful.

Martin was an amazing guide. A lot of knowledge and a great guy to be around. He brought us to a nice little beach in the Calanques National park which was the highlight of our time here in Marseille

This was such good value for money. We got to explore parts of Marseille we never would have seen.
