All was OK except when crossing to Isola Santa Maria when all of us on the foredeck were soaked by waves carried by crosswinds. One guest fell over and rolled across the deck, dangerously. The captain must have known what would happen in this wind but no prior warning was made to clear the deck. Irresponsible and reckless.

A full day trip to 4 locations, not including lunch (you can buy on board for 7 euros). The boat was really big so there were a lot of people, too many perhaps...La maddalena island itself is not so exciting but we had to stop there for 1 hour to pick up other people, and then we didn't get enough time at the Spargi beach and too much time at a less pretty one... Also it wasn't clear if we had to bring our own snorkeling equipment or not, so we didn't bring and we should have because they didn't provide it. The crew was great and Elena was informative.

Everything is well-organised and the staff is helpful. You visit nice small islands and get time to swim too. You can buy drinks and food on the boat, which is good. However, the trip is better enjoyed during the low tourist season, this time it was too crowded when disembarking the small islands. All the passengers from the boats are on a conveyer when stopping in the beautful Spiarga. I think the day could be organised better; more time in la Maddalena (now only 1 hour-hardly time for a walk around), then the 20 min swim in the 'pool' is not needed as there are 2 other stops which you can swim. Just hectic! Also, the boat this time did not have a shaded area on the top deck as the other boats, this may be needed!
