Enjoy great views of cliffs and hidden caves and keep your eyes peeled for the abundant marine life in the area.

Pass along the La Jolla shark breeding sites to look out for the bat rays and fish-guitar and, of course, harmless sharks leopard that inhabit the shallow water and are easily identifiable from the boards. It's the perfect way to enjoy the beach, get a workout, and interact with the amazing wildlife of San Diego.

The tours are conducted daily throughout the year, and take about 1 hour and half. The venue is the La Jolla Shores store. Free parking is available on the side streets. Please arrive 30 minutes before the tour time to check in and prepare for the equipment. Contact the vendor for updated information on the schedules of tours and meeting points, they vary and are subject to change without notice. The tours include paddle board, paddle, leash and locker rentals. Cameras waterproof are available for sale.

Participants must be 10 years or more and must be capable of anything. No experience is required, but the tour requires a basic or moderate level of physical ability. Conditions vary in San Diego, and not every day are safe for each skill. The guides are naturalists experts with backgrounds in marine biology, ecology, environmental science photography and outdoor recreation and have advanced certifications in teaching kayaking and CPR / First Aid.
