We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our guide Erica was very personable and knowledgable. She had a deep respect for the preservation of nature and love for her home. We are very happy we opted to go with a guided tour; we quite simply would not have seen any wildlife without her keen eye. She went above and beyond to make our wishes of seeing a sloth a reality. We would highly recommend to all travelers. The transportation was clean and air conditioned, and the driver stayed with our belongings during excursions for safekeeping. They took special care when it came to Covid safety as well. Masks were worn during transportation and in all common areas such as lobbies and bathrooms, we were able to take them off while on trails. Hand sanitizer and hand washing was prevalent throughout. We felt very well cared for and safe.

This company green vacations did a great job, our tour guide Fabricio was so good and stopped to find us sloths, monkeys, toucans, dart frogs, snakes etc. on the hanging bridge tour. He stuck by us the whole way and made sure everyone got the best out of this trip. We visited La Fortuna falls- gorgeous! Definitely worth all the stairs down and up, then the volcano tour at the end was informative and had gorgeous views of the countryside. The driver drove safe!!! Which was refreshing from everyone else on the rode! I would highly recommend this tour. I booked last minute with fingers crossed that it was an ok tour. I was blown away with the knowledge and detail we all received today. Well done Fabricio and thank you for all the great pics you helped us take with your telescope. He was able to use our iphone to zoom in on all the wonderful critters we got to see today! Thanks, Michelle

We were lucky that our group was quite small and that the guide could take a lot of time for us. Martin was a very competent, friendly and funny guide who gave us a lot of knowledge about the flora and fauna of the Arenal area. We had a really great time, thank you for that!
