A great, long, exhausting and informative day out. Did the volcano and woodland hike, swimming in the waterfalls , had a good lunch and then the hanging bridges. You need to be fit and mobile as it’s a lot of walking and up and down hills and nearly 500 steps down to the waterfall. The guides Eric and Angelica were excellent. His knowledge and interest in the subject matter and the wildlife was exceptional. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Pick up was prompt at our hotel, bus a little cramped but we felt well looked after over the day. I would highly recommend this. They supplied water and snacks and towels for the waterfall too. Eric sought out loads of creatures to view and supplied us some great photos at the end.

Worth it. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and nice. Did the 4 activities, volcano hike, waterfall and hanging bridges. I would say that the only thing that was not very clear was what was included and what wasn’t. I thought I paid for the hot springs, but since the website online was no very clear, I think it caused some confusion. I booked 4 activities and thought that was with the thermal springs. Need to be clearer on the page with what is included and what isn’t. If the hot springs can’t be done without the dinner, it should state that.

Good! Tour guide was very knowledgeable! The only thing was that hot springs is not included in the 4 activities only voucher. It should be more like 3 activities with lunch included. We bought the 4 activities voucher thinking that hot springs is included, but it wasn’t. The activities that we did was the Arenal volcano hike, La Fortuna Waterfall, and Arenal hanging bridges. Which were all fun and beautiful experiences.
