What people are saying about La Bocayna, Canary Islands

After an initial hiccup at the Fred Olsen office, saying it was not with them and sent me to try all the other offices on the quayside, before we eventually had to go back to Fred Olsen office and insist we had booked with them. Eventually they managed to produce two tickets for our trip. Smooth sail across, and we enjoyed a lovely day on Lanzarote. Thank you.

The sea was very rough so the boat was going up and down in the water. It wasn’t the best of experiences however the crew were excellent and very knowledgeable about the transportation, helping customers to feel at ease throughput.

Good crossing. Driven smoothly despite the waves. The captain tried to keep the ferry as quiet as possible. Well done. Friendly staff on board.

The ticket can be collected in the kiosks before the port, punctual and precise

In 35 minutes it is possible to discover Fuerteventura, it is worth the detour
