  • For waiting time exceeding 60-minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged
  • A fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged for waiting time exceeding 30 minutes for departures from your accommodation in Kyoto City
  • The luggage size limitation is 26 inches

Tei kept in contact with me regularly to coordinate pickup. He was on time and waiting for us after picking up our luggage and going through customs. We had extra luggage and he was creative and able to get everything to fit into the vehicle with no problems. Had a nice, smooth ride into Kyoto on a rainy night. He brought us right up to our hotel in a very busy market area. Highly recommend!

Big, comfortable vehicle, that was easily able to fit our luggage and family of 4 plus driver. Careful, competent driver. Easy meet-up; driver contacted us the day before to introduce himself and provide contact number, then again immediately after we landed (via WhatsApp- there is free airport wifi), with easy-to-follow instructions to exit arrivals hall and then he drove his vehicle around to our exit so we didn't have to walk far, and helped us with our luggage. Please note - he did not meet us with a sign straight out of arrivals so if that is what you are after, maybe not for you BUT we found this very easy and convenient and had no trouble following his instructions to meet the car at exit to airport.

i requested the driver to be 30 mins early than the booked time and he was there already!! he helped with the luggage and everything went smoothly. highly recommend this company. also, they always reply if you have questions in email!, so it definitely lessens my worrying.
