It is the first time they fail. The instructions to find the guide were bad and confusing, no one from the people close to the meeting point could help us or understand where it was (including the tourism module). There was never prior communication to the event from the guide or the company. The only phone sent you to the mailbox and they never answered. In conclusion, we had to do the tour alone, we paid in vain (without consideration of the service), nobody helped us and I lost my money plus the one I used to move around the city. Be careful with the meeting points and remember that the payment is non-refundable and may be non-serious or false companies
