Get ready to board an exclusive private boat and sail for about one hour searching for dolphins, before snorkeling and diving (for these who choose the diving option) in the Kisite marine national park. Kisite Marine national park is the second most famous marine park in the world, after the Australian Marine Park. Start your morning with a local Swahili breakfast offered on board.Explore 30 kilometers of turtles, marine tortoise, bearreeffs, coral reefs and different types of marine fishes. Next sail to Wasisni Island where your lunch of sea food and Swahili dishes will be served. After lunch, you’ll have the option to do a guided tour of the Wasini island and experience the local Swahili culture, visiting the beautiful coral garden, mangrove forest and fishing village to learn more about the Swahili people and their history. Your local guide will give you an in-depth explanation and background throughout the tour. Alternatively, you can relax at the restaurant, enjoying the sea view and the breeze. Once you are done with the island tour, board the boat and back to the mainland where you will take a guided tour of the Shimoni Slave Caves. Then, start the journey back to your accommodation. The tour normally ends at around 3:30pm.

We will meet at the starting point and cross Kongo River. The trip takes place during low tide so crossing the river is as easy as crossing a small gentle stream. We will take an easy , slow , scenic 10minutes motor bike ride through beautiful Tiwi, you get to have a feel of how the local community lives in this area, during the ride. Everyone gets their own personal motorbike with a well trained rider to make it more comfortable and fun. We will then take a 10min BEACH walk to the African pool from where the motorbike leaves us. On the walk we will pass through significant caves and cliffs, with different shapes and forms carved by the ocean waves continously slapping on them during high tide. You will notice lots of smaller pools that are home to tiny colouful fish and exotic sea life such as sea spiders, the red crab, sea urchins and sea cucumber. Almost feels like a natural aquarium. At the African pool we will swim and soak in the sun for about an hour before heading back to the starting point If you are daring enough you could climb up the nearby cliffs and dive into the pool. Depending on the tide, be picked up from your hotel in a private tuk tuk and be dropped off at Baobab Island where you will board the glass boat. Start off the sail to the sandbank. Stop over at various spots to view the colorful fish species or you may encounter a pod of dolphins. Enjoy snorkeling at the colorful coral reefs along the Diani Beach. Have a good swimming time at the sandbank before sailing back to the Baobab Beach. A tuk tuk will drop you back to your hotel.

Drive to Wasini Island along Mombasa – Lunga Lunga highway, a distance of 45 km to the south of Diani, arriving at around 8.30 am at the Shimoni KWS for ticketing then we start the boat ride for one hour searching for dolphins. We have a light breakfast, fruit, and some soft drinks onboard. Sail to Kisite Marine National Park where you will snorkel and swim for 1 to 2 hrs. Afterward, we sail back to Wasini Island for lunch mainly seafood and Swahili dishes (we have an option for the non-seafood that is vegetarian/ chicken). After lunch, you can have a village walk for about 30 minutes on the Island and then sail back to Shimoni jetty arriving at around 3:30 pm. We then proceed to Shimoni Slave caves just 200m from Shimoni jetty. Learn the history of slavery in the area while touring the cave. The cave stop takes between 20 and 30 minutes. Then you drive back to your hotel arriving at around 5:00 pm.

Kibera slum is located in Nairobi, about 6.6 kilometres (4.1 miles) from the City Centre. It is the largest slum in Africa, and one of the largest in the world. We are a team of 4 local guides; ERICK, SAMUEL, BENTA and JACK. We were all born, raised and still live here in Kibera Community. We have first-hand insights into the authentic daily life in the Kibera neighborhood. This tour enables our guests to learn more about the local community's way of life and the history of Kibera slum. The income generated from the booking fees, helps us in paying school fees for orphans and vulnerable kids and funding many other social projects here in Kibera slum. Day 1 You will be picked up from your beach hotel in the early morning hours and depart by road to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. You will enjoy an amazing game drive along the way. Upon arrival at Taita Hills Lodge, you will have lunch, relax for a while and then head out for a game drive in the sanctuary searching for lion and other wildlife, until sunset. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge or taita hills lodge or similar. This lodge is especially memorable for its imaginative structure. A complex of rondavel sit on stilts over a series of water holes. These two-story towers, topped by peaked thatch roofs connected by open-air-bridges, create an African fantasy of a medieval fortress. The lodge has been built with game viewing in mind. The structure provides you will a panoramic view of the sanctuary; offering spectacular views of the landscape and wildlife. Dinner and overnight at salt lick lodge or taita hills lodge or similar. Day 2: Enjoy an early morning breakfast and then depart for a half day game drive. Around noon you will depart for Mombasa, taking part in a game drive and lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Mombasa, you will be dropped off at your beach hotel. This is where your safari will end.
