What People Are Saying About Kutná Hora
We had 4 days in Prague so a day trip helped break up the time in the city and add to our overall experience. Plenty to see besides the Bone Chapel. Andrea the guide was excellent, knowledgeable and passionate. Lunch stop was great too.
A realky great day tour, full of beautiful architecture and amazing history. The restaurant we were taken to was very good, too. Thanks, Andrea!
Our group of three took the half-day tour to Kutna Hora. Our guide, Andrea Bulisova, was terrific! She was very knowledgeable about Kutna Hora and Czech history in general, and related information in a lively and interesting way. She also spoke clearly and was easy to listen to. Andrea managed the group well, and made sure everyone was cared for. After the tour we went to a local restaurant, which provided a very good meal and excellent service. The bus was modern and comfortable, with all the conveniences. One of the best tours I've taken in a long time. -John G.
Our guide was able to answer all of our questions relating to the Czech culture and the sights of the tour. She spoke in at least three different languages and had no trouble jumping between each language to speak with other travelers on the trip. We really enjoyed out day.
This was a nice trip, however we had a miserable guide, did not seem to have much emotion although he did provide plenty of information to the group. The Ossuary was a strange place, I think the time we spent there was enough, for us anyway, it felt like stepping into a mass grave. The places we visited after were beautiful, the churches and cathedrals huge and was a very quiet town so you could easily stay here and zone out. Very scenic, informative and nice trip. Guide could have had a bit more happiness in him though.
