Kursalon: Tours & Tickets

I am not a professional musician and I can't judge the quality of voice and play like a master. I love operetta and ballet, love visiting opera plays and ballrooms. For me, this concern is what you need if you want to enjoy an amazing evening with beautiful music, beautiful voice, and beautiful dancing. Thanks so much for the perfect organization and perfect event! The concert hall is perfect itself and very easy to find by walk. A lot of people were dressed in cocktail dresses and classic costumes (which is perfect). Chinese people were dressed as usual: jeans and sports shoes. I would kindly suggest to wair your lovely dress/costume (or at least smart casual style!) and be a part of this amazing atmosphere because it is a shame to be in old dirty jeans and sit in front of the high-quality musicians who are in classic costumes.

Performance was excellent and I enjoyed it very much. However, I got stuck in line to enter the building behind groups from tour busses. One door only and it took forever to get in! Then, to exchange ticket vouchers for tickets, another line behind someone who appeared to be trying to pay for many tickets(a tour group I think). Two people working there were involved with the same customer for a long time. It was not organized well. I thought one person could have seen to other people. By the time we got our tickets and were seated in the concert hall, it was obvious that this concert caters to group tours. If you are on your own, you will be crammed in a seat at the back of the hall where there are far too many people. After that, we did enjoy the music and dancing very much.

The concert was excellent and they played some very memorable pieces. The hall was beautiful and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Some reviews say it is a bit touristy, but to be honest the performance was very professional and all the musicians, singers and dancers did a fantastic job. A good price for a night's entertainment.

A thoroughly enjoyable night. The oŕchestra played well known Strauss and Mozart pieces and did so enthusiastically. The leader was funny and smiling all the time. The opera singers were engaging in their performance. I recommend this concert. They got a standing ovation

Wonderful evening of Viennese music of Strauss and Mozart performed with accomplishment, style and humour. The singers were brilliantly entertaining. Two fabulous ballet dancers wowed the audience with the interpretation of the music. Standing ovation and two encores.
