Full description
Enjoy a safari experience in Kumana National Park and catch unforgettable sights of exotic birds including pelicans, spoonbills, white ibis, herons, painted storks, egrets, cormorants, and more. Each year from April to July, Kumana welcomes tens of thousands of birds from around the world, presenting ample opportunity to spot a rich diversity of bird life.

During the safari, capture sight of the white-breasted waterhen, duck black-crowned night heron, Indian pond heron, weathercock, purple swamphen, and common moorhen who migrate to Kumana in large flocks and make for quite a visual extravaganza.

Outside of the abundance of the fowls, Kumana National Park is a home to elephants, leopards, golden jackal, wild boar, European otters, and a list of threatened wetland species including rare animals such as turtles and crocodiles.
