The activity and guide were great. However the guide was only told that I was going to the caves and not the batik and Selangor factories. He did not know where the batik factory was. To manage these 3 activities without my wasting time at each, took an extra hour. This was very poor timing from Get Your Guide. There was no way we could have done all this in the 3 hours which included travelling time. This was very unfair for the driver. He was not going to be paid for that hour. He was told to ask me for the extra money. This was very poor from the booking service.

Ben Su was our guide and he was absolutely fantastic; so knowledgeable on so many topics- even gave us info on the fireflies tour we did the night before with a different and truly atrocious provider. It is obvious that he cares deeply about his industry and giving his customers the best of Malaysia. A great visit to the caves made all the better for his generous spirit, vast knowledge and sense of humour. If you can request Ben, you really should and thankyou Sir for a great morning.

Our guide was prompt and helpful. He gave us plenty of time to explore the caves as we wished - a good job, as climbing all those steps could take some time! We really enjoyed our visit to the batik shop, and learned a lot at Royal Selangor pewter factory too. We hadn't been so interested in those last two items before we went, but at the end of the day were glad we'd gone.
