A visit to Kuala Lumpur is not complete until you’ve seen the city from the observation deck of the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s a good idea to book your tickets in advance, particularly in peak season. Choose your preferred date and time slot for the visit and your tickets will be sent to you by WhatsApp and e-mail. When you arrive at the Twin Towers you’ll be able to enter without delay. The actual Petronas towers experience was really value for money. The only issue I had was a few days beforehand, get your guide contacted me to say my slot was no longer available. It gave me alternatives but caused me some stress as I was travelling so getting online wasn’t easy.

We enjoyed are trip up the Towers. The people were helpful and organized. There were also good facilities available to the visitors, such as bathrooms and gift shops. The place was clean and the view is to die for. You can take some really good pictures while on the Towers.

I placed my order for a ticket 36 hours before i wantsd to visit the towers. My requested time slot wasn't available, which was fine. The towers are definitely worth a visit. I enjoyed the views and it is run really efficiently by the staff who are extremely friendly!
