From the time of booking until our arrival at the destination communications we’re clear and excellent. We had excellent service from the driver who sent a message confirming he was at the airport ready, he also had to deal with rush hour traffic to get us to KLCC which was not an easy drive, cars testing his patience, he remained calm. He was polite and professional and we arrived with him still having a smile on his face. Thank you for the great service I’d highly recommend using you again.

Since I landed late at night I didn't want to be bothered with figuring out how to get to KLCC. When I arrived, the driver was waiting for me with a visible card with (the old) GetYourGuide logo and my name. He seemed extremely tired given the late hours, but was very professional and polite. Overall I got exactly what I was looking for.
