Elena was our guide and Ilam was our 'sweeper' - he rode at the end of the group. The bike ride was well thought out, smooth and had many interesting stops. We went inside a Tao temple and learned new facts. We went inside a mosque and wore a hijab. We tried a variety of breads as well as a tea or a coffee. We got to try making a wheat flour pancake (at the Indian restaurant) as well as 'pulling' Karik tea. We learned about the confluence of the 2 rivers that join and become one river. Our description said the tour included lunch and refreshments. We felt that we had refreshments, but no lunch. Our description mentioned “ beautiful Chinese green tiles, ancient shop-house ladders and fascinating old shop-houses” - we didn't talk/see shophouses. The bikes got us around, but were well used and didn’t have strong brakes. We were thrilled to have chosen a tour run by locals. We had an amazing time and learned much!

Old bikes and a good guide if you like history stories. Not one thing in the tour about modern architecture. Lots of stops and only few miles biking. Very friendly, just not our cup of tea.
