    Experience the scenic splendor and outdoor activities of Taman Negara National Park on a full-day private tour from Kuala Lumpur. Following a pick-up from your hotel, drive north to the park in the Titiwangsa Mountains. Taman Negara covers an area of approximately 4,343 square kilometers (over a million acres). Located in the states of Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, it is the most extensively protected area of lush green rain forest in Malaysia. Commercial logging is prohibited providing protection to the indigenous flora and fauna. It is also home to Gunung Tahan, the highest peak (2,187 metes) in Peninsular Malaysia.     Excellent trip and good value for money. Didn’t realise from GYG description that we would get so wet on rapids or that change of clothes needed but fortunately had taken change anyway. Also didn’t realise so many steps were involved but don’t regret doing it. David our guide was excellent and one of the best drivers we have ever had in Malaysia. Our local guide at Taman Negara was very good as well. Highly recommended.

    Great experience of nature

    Very nice trip into the jungle of the Tama Negara Nuturschutzgebiet. The trip from KL takes about 3 hours. We booked this excursion 3 weeks before the start of the trip. Everything went very easily and quickly. There was even a German-speaking hotline for exact information. On the day of the trip we would be picked up at the hotel on time, the nice driver (Mr. Shatish) should not go unmentioned. When we arrived at Tama Negara we were welcomed by the guide and accompanied on the tour. We took great photos it was incredible. As described, we also took the longboat up the river quite far into the jungle, change things are essential, we are guaranteed to get wet. There is also an opportunity to swim if you want. Afterwards there was a delicious meal. The money for the trip was worth every vent.
