Full description
Experience the tranquil atmosphere and cool climate of the Cameron Highlands on a 12-hour trip from Kuala Lumpur. Known for its tea plantations, orchards, and nurseries, the hill station is a popular getaway for city residents. Stop at a butterfly farm before visiting the Tea Plantation. Make the short climb to the tea center, learn about tea making and local history, and take in stunning views over the valley. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant around noon. Head to a strawberry farm to taste and pick your own fruit (additional fee). Visit a nearby rose garden. Then cool off at a waterfall before the drive back to Kuala Lumpur.

I really liked the tea plantations, but also the bunches of white and red strawberries which are tasty, crunchy and sweet. The visit is relatively interesting. You can also see large butterflies that you can hold in your hand for photos, exotic flowers, different peanuts like scorpions and tarantulas.

Amazing day. With the added bonus of favorable weather, which is rare in the Malay mountains. Well the visits are very touristy and the tea plantations are a bit like Disneyland... But it's still magnificent for the guaranteed change of scenery. I recommend.

Both the guide (Ning) and Thiru (driver) are incredibly nice and nice. The excursion itself was good but I would highlight the last part of it, where we visited the tea fields and small local markets near the waterfall where we could try different fruits including the famous durian. Good experience to know other landscapes of Malaysia 🥰🥰
