    • Awesome and well organized tour, a must do if your in Luzern. • Our guide was flexible, very polite, informative and always had a smile. Not like some other guides that talk too much about the history and make everyone fall asleep on the tour. • It was raining when we started the tour, then snowing on the top and I thought it would be a bad day. But its the most magical winter experience you will ever see. It was a spectacular feast for the eyes and everything appeared dazzling like it was carved out of swarovski crystals. • Pick up meeting point is hard to find unless you spot a group of people. A mention of next to McDonalds in the address can be a great help.

    Was a wonderful experience. So easy to do, merely book on line, take a bus, a few minutes later go to the departure point ( we went from Kriens) and go up with the cable car. Must add that the weather plays a big role. If there are too much wind on the mountain or on the way there, the service could be cancelled for the day. That means you are not going up. But the next day may be fine and there will be no problem if you ticket was for the day before. Great restaurants and other sight seeing on the mountain, an experience never to forget!!

    Check on line early in the morning whether the journey will be possible due to weather conditions, specially in winter. Strong winds on the mountain could cause the cable car operators to close it for the day. But you could have a better situation the next day. They will not penalize you if the booking you have is for the previous day. If you do not have another day available, most online bookings could be refunded if you let them know.

    I printed off my voucher and took it to the Kriens cable car station where they gave me a ticket. Got on the cable cars and everything was straightforward from there. Had an amazing time at the top of Mt. Pilatus and could state at that scenery forever. When it was time for me to be on my way I simply hopped back on the cable car and away I went. Very easy

    Great experience with tour guide Peter and lady, pls execuce me as I don't remember her name, to visit Lucern and mount Pilatus. Tour guides gave detailed information throughout the tour about places which might not be possible to know otherwise.
