After meeting your guide, set out on your adventure as the road slowly takes you to the top of Vršič Pass at an altitude of 1661 meters. Take advantage of a photo stop before descending into the valley, where one of the most beautiful rivers awaits. Spot the silver peaks of the Julian Alps, which are inseparably connected with the history of world war I. The Isonzo front took place here, a mountain combat in high altitudes and impossible living conditions. You can still see the tracks of the battle everywhere. A visit to the biggest waterfall in Slovenia follows. Waterfall Boka is 106-meters high and 18-meters wide. Afterward, continue towards Ljubljana and stop in Kranjska Gora – the biggest alpine resort in Slovenia. Kranjska Gora is also the home of Slovenia's biggest alpine skiing race, the Vitranc cup. Get back to nature and explore Triglav National Park on a full-day tour by air-conditioned minivan. Journey into the heart of the Julian Alps on an approximate 3.5-hour scenic drive with stops every 10-30 minutes to see points of interest. Take part in 3 nature hikes of around 30-45 minutes. Choose to skip any, or all, of these hikes if you prefer and wait by the minivan in a scenic spot. See major landmarks such as Lake Bohinj, Savica waterfall, and the Pokljuka plateau. Be amazed by the Vintgar Gorge, Pericnik waterfall, Jasna Lake, Zelenci. 

Your tour will begin as you are picked up from either your accommodation or the tour office in Bled. You will then head to the Peričnik Waterfall, which is one of the highest waterfalls in Slovenia. You will have some free time to explore, with the option also to walk behind the waterfall itself. You can take a picture of the gorgeous and mighty Mount Špik, or simply enjoy the awesome views which will not disappoint you. Following this, you will be ready for the unique green experience of the Zelenci Natural Reserve which awaits you. From there you will head to the Italian border, and after crossing you will arrive at the glacier lake of Predel. The next experience awaiting you will be to go to Soča Gorge, where you will have some free time to explore it on foot. For the last part of the trip, you will drive to the rural pass of Vršič where you can enjoy the views of the peaceful mountainous surroundings. At the end of the trip, take some time to relax by Lake Jasna.

Your first stop on your amazing trip will be to Kranjska Gora, a small ski resort famous as the traditional setting of World Cup downhill-skiing competitions. You can take a nice walk to the picturesque Jasna Lake, before enjoying a cup of coffee with an amazing view over the Julian Alps. Afterwards, you can visit the Liznjek House, a farmhouse which was the richest homestead in Kranjska Gora, and today operates as an ethnographic museum. At this museum you will be able to discover rich original furnishings, as well as great presentations of what living conditions were like a few hundred years ago. After a traditional Slovenian lunch, you will be taken to the beautiful Lake Zelenci. This fairy tale lake does not freeze in the winter, due to the constant temperature of 6 degrees which it maintains throughout the year. After Zelenci, you will have time to experience the magic of a world-famous mountain valley, where the first ever ski-flying hill was built in 1969. It is also the site where numerous world records for the longest ski flights were set. You will also have plenty of possibilities to do winter activities such as zip lining (weekends only), snow-shoeing and sledding. If you don’t wish to do winter activities, you can still admire the view over the Tamar Valley and cross-country stadium, or even try out the ski-jumps simulator.
