We did a 09:45 morning tour on 20FEB and wore ski pants, gloves, jacket, buff and hat (under helmet) - all needed - cosy for trip in -4degC. Went with (12) son and daughter (15). Segways are very easy to use and our trainer Wojiek went through training and safety briefing in about 10mins. Our guide Tom was very pleasant & knowledgeable for tour; also having plenty of recommendations for food, drinks and other activities. We did this at end of trip but this may have worked better at start of trip to give a good overview of town.
Excellent tour around the city, really enjoyed it. Our guide was knowledgeable, really friendly. We visited the northern quarter of the old town, kazmierez and the ghetto. We stopped off at a church in kazmierez for 10 minutes too and had a look around. Well worth the money. *****
Really enjoyed the tour. Segways were easy to use after our guide gave us a demo one by one. Our guide was really nice. Very knowledgeable and made a few jokes along the way to keep the tour light. Couldn’t recommend Tom enough.
All the workers who have participated in this excursion, drivers and guide, have been fantastic professionals. What makes a company great are its workers, take care of them, they are very good.
The route was perfect. Loads to see and very informative. Highly recommend
