Very informative and interesting, our English Speaking guide was lovely but we feel she did feel pressured to speed up our tour as there was another guide hot on our heels all the way round..until we got to the first refreshment break, which meant we didn't get as many photographs as we would have wished to. Also the guide started her explanations before the whole group were together and being a group of 35..many missed alot of information. But all in all it was an excellent trip.

A short minibus ride from Krakow and we were at the Wieliczka Salt Mine; minibus very clean and efficient... plenty of time for comfort break then we were in the mine with an excellent funny, witty guide who showed us through the tunnels and into this vast and elaborate phenomena that is the salt mine. It truly is something not to be missed, with its impressive galleries, chambers, corridors, and elaborate cathedral-like central area. Much more than I expected, and highly recommended.

This is my second visit to the Salt Mines. The first time, I took the regular city bus and changed twice and stood in line for over an hour to get in. This tour bus was worth it. I wasn’t sure how to pick up tickets and the customer service was fast to answer my questions just hours before the bus left. The shuttle bus was comfortable and had plugs to charge your phone. They dropped us off not to far from the Salt Mines and had to wait maybe 5 minutes to get in. Perfect for a bathroom break. And the only thing is you don’t get that much time to look around the gift shop before leaving to the shuttle bus. But that is a minor detail. Overall I would highly recommend the experience!
