Fabulous trip. Guides were very good, especially John our bus host, the driver was very good also and got us there and back safely. The overall trip was amazing, a long way down and we were thankful we didn’t have to climb the stairs back to the top, the lift was very quick, 8 people at a time but there are two. Definitely recommend.
Don’t miss this trip! Adrienne the guide was truly amazing - so enthusiastic, sympathetic and professional. She clearly loves her job and her city. John & Mikhail (Discover Krakow) took us by coach. They were both excellent. The tour itself involves 800 stairs so you need to be reasonably fit. You stop for a toilet/refreshment break so the 2.5 hour tour is comfortable. There is a fast lift to take you up so you’re not expected to deal with the 800 stairs again! If you’re claustrophobic you need to think about whether you can cope with this tour. That said, it’s well lit and only on a few occasions do you need to watch your head height if you’re 5’10” plus. You need to see the environment to believe it and as you come across some fabulous features in the various chambers I won’t spoil the surprise. Just remember you won’t regret booking this really interesting and very impressive trip.
