Pick up point was exactly as described and easy to find. Bus was lovely and clean and driver good too, same upon return. Salt mine tour was great, our guide Izabela was very informative and easy to hear. Was a great time for the tour as wasn’t busy to walk around and didn’t get loads of tourists in any photos. Salt mine itself is amazing and well worth a trip. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic adventure bit dubious as what to expect but was not let down the place is amazing from start to finish the guide was good but on some parts of it there are lots of things to take photos of and you have to hurry as the guide has already started talking to the few in the group about the next part of the mine

They day before the excursion you receive a whatsapp message of all the details on where to meet your guide etc, which was very helpful and clear. They send a photo image of where to meet and at what time. It was about 3hours long but very interesting and fun. It was not as cold as you would think underground. You reach a depth of 135m which is nearly a mile underground. The mines were absolutely amazing to look at and you do have a few theatrical elements to the tour too which was fun. Before ending you have the option to stop at a restaurant and have a quick bite to eat and a drink.
